Q: Can I get the hire kit the day before my shoot starts?
A: Yes. You can collect from 4pm the day before.

Q: When does the hire kit need to be back by?
A: 10.30am the morning after the last day of your hire.

Q: On your website it shows 1 week prices. Is that Monday to Friday, or 7 days?
A: 7 days. And the 2 week prices are for 14 days. We charge 3 days per week.

Q: Do you do discounts for very long hires?
A: Yes. How much depends on what you are hiring and how long for – its case by case.

Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes as long as it's within the M25. For new clients we may need you to come in and meet us and sign for the equipment.

Q: I am on a shoot and hire kit has been wrecked or gone missing. What do I do?
A: Call us on +44(0)20 7729 2992 or if we are closed call the out of hours number on +44(0)7483342137. You'll need to report it to Police if necessary, then your insurance company too.

Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We are open 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and closed at the weekends.



Q: I am driving, is there anywhere to park?
A: Right outside our door. We have a private, gated car park. Relax and load in peace.

Q: Are you in the congestion zone?
A: Just outside it!

Q: Which tube station are you closest to?
A: Shoreditch High St is 3 mins walk, Old St 10 mins, and Liverpool St 10 mins.



Q: What kind of insurance do you need?
A: We need hired in equipment cover to the valuation of whatever you are hiring from us..

Q: How do find out the valuation of the kit?
A: It is indicated on any quote we send to you, in the top left hand corner.

Q: Do I have to have insurance cover?
A: Yes its a requirement to hire equipment. It’s for your own protection as well as ours.
